Production
Process
At Racine Mode, every stage—from cutting and sewing to digital printing, embroidery, ironing, and packing—occurs within our facility, ensuring seamless control and efficiency. To uphold our high standards, rigorous quality checks are performed at every phase, not just during final inspection. Our ERP system allows clients to log in and track the live production process, offering real-time visibility into their order. Once we receive your tech pack, production begins promptly, ensuring both timely delivery and precision. If you need assistance with creating a tech pack, our team is here to guide you through the process.
creation Department
Once we receive the tech pack—either provided by the buyer or custom-created by our team to meet their specifications, complete with details like zippers, buttons, and other embellishments—we start by sourcing materials, trims, and finishing touches to create the initial sample. This sample enables the buyer to verify that the garment meets their expectations before moving into full production.
Our design department is essential to this process, using advanced digital tools to create virtual prototypes and manage every stage—from fabric and apparel design to pattern making and cutting operations—guaranteeing precision, efficiency, and top-quality results.
Cutting Department
As soon as an order is confirmed the cutting process begins. The first step, known as “spreading,” involves layering fabric across long tables to prepare for cutting. Multiple layers are spread according to the cutting order to maximize efficiency.
Once the fabric is ready, our cutting master positions the pattern pieces on top, marking them with chalk to guide the cutting process. We use both automatic and manual cutting methods: automatic cutting is used for larger runs, while manual cutting is employed for intricate details. Our cutting techniques are designed to minimize waste, ensuring maximum fabric utilization while maintaining high precision throughout the process.
sewing Department
After the fabric is cut and sorted, it is sent to the sewing department for assembly. The first step in this stage is ensuring proper handling to maintain alignment and precision. At the sewing stations, the cut pieces are expertly stitched together. Once all the parts are connected, the garment is fully assembled and moves forward to the next phases of production.
Embroidery Department
Our embroidery process transforms intricate designs into reality, customized to the buyer’s specific requirements. Once the cut fabric pieces and embroidery details are received, we create various patterns with precision and efficiency. Each embroidered piece undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure quality, color accuracy, proper positioning, and correct backing materials. After the sample is approved, we proceed with bulk production, and the completed embroidered pieces are returned to the sewing department for final assembly.
Finishing Department
In the finishing department, each garment receives its final touches. Once the garment reaches its completed form, it undergoes a thorough quality inspection. This department is primarily responsible for trimming, tagging, pressing, ironing, and packing, ensuring each piece is ready for distribution.
